Caregiver Resource Centers |
|
Funded by Area Agencies on Aging and Department of Mental Health in designated states only. Each state's Agency on Aging could serve as a resource for individuals with brain injury, and spinal cord injury over the age of 60 and would also be a good resource for locating any other agencies in that particular state that deal with brain injured individuals between the ages of 18-59. Agencies on Aging programs offer services that help older adults remain in the least restrictive environment by providing services such as meals-on-wheels, transportation, homemaker assistance, and information and referral.
