Recently, we have been made aware of “scams” whereby unauthorized individuals are using Gentiva's name and logo to solicit potential job-seekers for employment or to extend fraudulent job offers. We are aware of some cases where job-seekers are being contacted directly by e-mail. In other instances, these unauthorized individuals may place advertisements for fake positions with both legitimate websites and fabricated ones. These individuals typically promise employment opportunities with the requirement that the job-seeker send money to pay for the processing of his/her application or other fees, or request personal banking information be sent by the applicant on a return e-mail.

Please be advised that Gentiva will never ask potential job-seekers for any sort of advance payment as part of the recruiting or hiring process, nor will it solicit personal banking information in an e-mail communication.
