Bob Creamer
Senior Vice President of Nursing Operations

Bob Creamer oversees Gentiva's day-to-day home healthcare operations and works with the field leadership teams to ensure that the extensive branch network is moving in the proper strategic direction. He's dedicated to empowering caregivers and associates with the appropriate tools, framework and technology to help each branch excel in what is a very local business.

Prior to joining Gentiva, Bob held positions as Vice President/Division Controller for Olsten Kimberly QualityCare; Vice President, Investment Banking for Merrill Lynch; Vice President of Fiscal Operations for LaGuardia Hospital-Shared Services (a multi-hospital management group including LaGuardia Hospital and Syosset Community Hospital).

At Gentiva, Bob has been in several positions, including Vice President of Operations, Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Finance for the Specialty Pharmaceutical Services and CareCentrix divisions and Vice President of Financial Operations.

Bob is a CPA and a member of the Health Care Finance Management Association. He received his BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
