Al Perry is responsible for Gentiva's primary operations units--Nursing and CareCentrix.

Al joined Gentiva in 1994 as Vice President of Business Development. He was instrumental in the development of Gentiva's network management business, now known as CareCentrix, and in securing the national home health agreement between Gentiva Health Services and CIGNA Healthcare, the largest shared risk contract in the home health industry.

Prior to joining Gentiva, Al spent almost 18 years in the managed care industry. He began his career as a Medical Center Administrator with Kaiser Mid-Atlantic, and subsequently served as Vice President of Operations at Sierra Health Care of Nevada and Executive Director of Principal Healthcare of Ohio.

Al received his BA from the University of Maryland, where he studied business and communications.
