Steve Paige
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Steve Paige is responsible for Gentiva's legal affairs, providing advice to the Company's senior management team, business associates and Board of Directors. He also oversees the Company's Contracts Department and Corporate Licensure Department.

Steve came to Gentiva as Vice President and General Counsel in 2003 and was promoted to his current position in 2005.

Prior to joining the Company, Steve
served in senior legal positions with several large healthcare, food ingredient, consumer product and technology companies. He began his legal career at the firm of Winston & Strawn in Chicago.

Steve is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.
