• Turn left onto Route 110 North Take Route 110 North approximately 1 mile to Baylis Road
• You will see large signs for the Huntington Quadrangle on your right
• Make a right onto Baylis Road
• At the second sign turn left into the parking lot
• Gentiva's office is on the 2nd floor in the south tower of 3 Huntington Quadrangle

LaGuardia Airport:

• Take the Grand Central Parkway East to the Long Island Expressway (I-495 East)
• Take the Long Island Expressway Eastbound to exit 49 South
• At the 2nd traffic light make a right (Route 110 South)
• Take Route 110 South approximately ½ mile to Baylis Road
• You will see large signs for the Huntington Quadrangle on your left
• Make a left onto Baylis Road
• Turn left into the 2nd driveway of the Huntington Quadrangle Office Park
• Gentiva's office is on the 2nd floor in the south tower of 3 Huntington Quadrangle

Newark Airport:

• Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 13 - Goethals Bridge, to Staten Island, to the Varrazano Narrows Bridge - Stay in the left lane
• Take the Belt Parkway going east towards JFK Airport
• About 6 miles after the JFK Airport follow signs for Whitestone Bridge & Cross Island Parkway North (Two-lane turn off on the right)
• Pick up the Cross Island Parkway going North Take the exit for Long Island Expressway (Route 495) going East
• Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 49 South
